Using the studio

You may use Thudball to make videos for personal and commercial use, including monetised accounts.

Your videos are yours

You own the videos you export. The free preview carries a thudball.com mark; exporting a video without it is part of Pro, and you agree not to get around that.

What you put in is your responsibility

• Only upload pictures, names and logos you have the right to use and post.
• Do not use the studio to harass people, to promote hatred or violence against a group, or to break the law or the rules of the platform you post on.
• If you add music or sounds after exporting, you are responsible for the right to use them.

No guarantees

The studio is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available, that every browser will export correctly, or that your videos will reach any number of views or earnings.

Paid plans

Pro is a paid plan. Its price and renewal terms are shown before you pay, and the refund policy applies to every plan.

Our limits

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses that result from using the site, such as lost income or lost data.
